How Does the Pyrolysis Machine Work?

The waste materials are fed into the reactor. In the reactor, the materials are exposed to controlled heat, which starts to down the large molecules of the waste materials into smaller molecules. At around 250 degrees, combustible gas is formed. The combustible gas then moves into the condensing system where it is liquified into liquid oil. The solid material left in the reactor will cool down and be collected as carbon black. For waste tires, steel wire will also be collected. The hot smoke produce in the reactor during the pyrolysis process is passed through a de-dusting and purifying system before it is released to ensure it meets environmentally friendly standards.
