How Bamboo Charcoal Making Machine Makes Bamboo Charcoal

While bamboo charcoal machines (máquina para hacer carbón de madera) come in a wide variety of sizes and complexity, they all operate using the same principles of carbonization. The prepared bamboo is fed through a conveyor belt through a sealed feeding system. At the first stage, the bamboo falls into the first carbonization chamber with a medium temperature zone.

After that, the biomass is fed into the high-temperature zone, wherein pyrolysis occurs. The process causes sulphur release, flue gas volatilization, and carbon enrichment take place. At this stage, the carbonization process is completed.

While the carbonization process is complete, a modern high-efficient bamboo charcoal-making machine will also process the combustible gas. During the carbonization, at the temperature zone of the machine, the process produces a large amount of flue gas. This gas is processed by piping the gas to the cyclone dust collector, which removes dust. This purifies the flue gas and converts it into combustible fuel gas.

#1. A Pre-Treatment System – The pre-treatment system is designed to prepare the raw bamboo for the carbonization process.
